United Nigeria Airlines to Start Commercial Direct Flights to Ekiti Airport

United Nigeria Airlines will on December 10, 2025, begin direct commercial flight operations from Lagos and Abuja to the Ekiti Agro-Allied International Cargo Airport, marking a major boost for air travel access into the state.
According to a statement issued by the airline, the new service from Murtala Muhammed Airport Terminal 2 (MMA2), Lagos, and Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport, Abuja, is part of its wider plan to deepen domestic connectivity and link more Nigerian cities through reliable and accessible air transport.
The airline said the expansion reflects its commitment to national integration and improved mobility for business travellers, families and visitors across the country.
United Nigeria Airlines also confirmed that direct flights to General Tunde Idiagbon International Airport, Ilorin, will commence on December 5, 2025, while service between Mallam Aminu Kano International Airport, Kano, and Chinua Achebe Airport, Anambra, will start on December 15, 2025.
The airline added that tickets for all new routes are available on its website and through accredited agents nationwide.
