Okemesi/Ido-Ile LCDA Chairman Felicitates Ekiti Deputy Governor on Birthday

The Chairman of Okemesi/Ido-Ile Local Council Development Area, Hon. Ajibade Sunday Owolabi, has congratulated the Deputy Governor of Ekiti State, Chief (Mrs.) Monisade Christiana Afuye, on her birthday.
Hon. Ajibade, in a statement on Sunday in Okemesi-Ekiti, described the Deputy Governor as a worthy co-pilot in the administration of Governor Biodun Abayomi Oyebanji, noting that her loyalty, dedication and commitment have greatly contributed to the success of the present administration.
The Chairman commended Chief Afuye for her remarkable role in stabilising the traditional institution in the State, particularly through the fair and unbiased resolution of chieftaincy matters.
He applauded the prompt filling of vacant stools of traditional rulers, carried out in strict adherence to due process.
Hon. Ajibade also praised Afuye for the mature handling of boundary issues between communities within and outside the state.
While praying for long life and sound health for the celebrant, the Chairman wished the Deputy Governor more wisdom and strength to continue her service to Ekiti people and Nigeria at large.
