Ekiti Speaker Aribasoye Celebrates Oyebanji on Birthday

The Speaker of the Ekiti State House of Assembly, Rt Hon Adeoye Aribasoye, has congratulated Governor Biodun Oyebanji on the occasion of his birthday, describing it as a celebration of God’s grace and the governor’s positive impact on Ekiti State.
Aribasoye said the governor’s life of service has been marked by meaningful contributions to humanity and steady development across the state. He noted that Oyebanji’s leadership has continued to leave a lasting imprint on the history and progress of Ekiti State.
In a statement signed by his Special Adviser on Media, Babajide Agbeyo, the Speaker said the governor’s birthday provides an opportunity to reflect on his role in the growth of the state, both before and after assuming office. He added that Oyebanji’s record in public service remains a reference point for good governance.
Aribasoye observed that the celebration comes at a strategic time as the state moves towards the 2026 governorship election, stressing that the governor enjoys broad acceptance among Ekiti residents. He expressed confidence that the people would once again demonstrate their trust in Oyebanji through their support.
