Ekiti Assembly Felicitates First Lady, Dr. Olayemi Oyebanji, on Birthday

The Ekiti State House of Assembly has felicitated the First Lady, Dr. (Mrs.) Olayemi Jumoke Oyebanji, describing her as a woman of grace, compassion, and exemplary service to humanity.
According to a statement signed by Hon. Babatunde Oke, Chairman of the House Committee on Media and Public Affairs, the Assembly joined the people of Ekiti State in celebrating “a First Lady whose life continues to radiate humility, empathy, and purposeful leadership.”
Hon. Oke commended Dr. Oyebanji for her motherly care, visionary support for women and children, and her contributions to social development across the state. “The House of Assembly acknowledges and celebrates the First Lady’s selfless devotion to humanity and her invaluable support to the administration of our amiable Governor, His Excellency, Mr. Biodun Abayomi Oyebanji,” the statement said.
The Assembly further described her as “a symbol of strength, dignity, and inspiration to Ekiti women and beyond,” noting that her humility, kindness, and quiet strength continue to uplift many.
While wishing her a joyous celebration, the House prayed for God’s continued grace, wisdom, and good health upon her life as she continues to contribute to the growth and wellbeing of Ekiti people.
“On behalf of the Speaker, Rt. Hon. Adeoye Aribasoye, Members, Management, and Staff of the Ekiti State House of Assembly, we rejoice with Her Excellency and wish her a fulfilling year ahead,” the statement concluded.
