Daddy Freeze Slams Gym Over Leaked Photo of Actress Nkechi Blessing

Media personality Daddy Freeze has defended Nollywood actress Nkechi Blessing after an unflattering photo of her at the gym went viral and sparked online trolling.
In a video posted online, Freeze criticised the gym for failing to protect its clients’ privacy, describing the incident as “an embarrassment.” He demanded the release of CCTV footage to expose whoever took the photo.
“Nigerian Gyms, this is an embarrassment. How can someone take a picture of your client and post it to mock them online? We need to see the CCTV so we can see the person who took this picture. If not, your gym is useless. You didn’t protect the privacy of your client. This is unfair, and they are trolling her online. This is wrong,” Freeze said.
The Nation reported that Nkechi Blessing reacted strongly after the image surfaced online. She questioned why people expected her to look glamorous after a long workout session and warned that those mocking her would face divine judgment.
“Dear whoever took that picture, I have a question. How do you feel now? I am curious to know. Like I said, I have handed you over to God. In due time, in this same space, you will cry for help, and trust me, you won’t find any… Every single health-related issue in my body will be transferred to you and your generation yet unborn, only if there is no God,” she wrote on Instagram.
The actress added that no attempt to disgrace her would succeed, insisting that “one cannot disgrace a woman clothed with grace.”
The incident has since triggered conversations online about privacy breaches in Nigerian gyms and the need to safeguard clients from cyberbullying.
