Dr. Nicolas Felix Foundation Spreads Hope in Oredo Community with Free Fuel Initiative

The Dr. Nicolas Felix (DNF) Foundation International has brought relief to residents of the Oredo community in Edo State through a Free Fuel Giveaway, in a remarkable show of generosity and community service.

The outreach, held at Shafa Filling Station, Dawson Junction, Akpakpava Road, Benin City, recorded an impressive turnout of beneficiaries who expressed joy and appreciation for the Foundation’s humanitarian gesture.

Powered by the vision of Dr. Nicolas Felix, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of DNF Resources Oil & Gas Nigeria Ltd and founder of the DNF Foundation, the initiative was organised to cushion the economic strain caused by the high cost of petroleum products.

Foundation officials explained that the programme was part of Dr. Felix’s continuous effort to uplift ordinary Nigerians and demonstrate practical compassion through targeted community support. They added that the DNF Foundation has implemented similar initiatives across the country in areas such as education, healthcare, youth empowerment, and community development.

Beneficiaries of the free fuel exercise could not hide their excitement. Many described the gesture as timely and impactful, saying it brought them much-needed relief at a period when fuel expenses had become a daily challenge.

The exercise was conducted in an orderly and transparent manner, with motorists, tricycle riders, and commercial motorcyclists receiving fuel at no cost. The atmosphere was filled with joy, gratitude, and commendations for the DNF Foundation’s continuous humanitarian service.
